The NECA (National Electrical Contractors Association) Convention and Trade Show highlights the newest products and services for electrical contractors and features an annual Showstopper Showcase, sponsored by ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR magazine. The products honored represent innovative advancements that aid electrical contractors on the job and in the office.
This year, there were more than 170 entries from small to large manufacturers. We are proud to be one of the 25 Showstopper winners at NECA 2024 in San Diego along with the other diverse and innovative entries.
The nVent ERICO Cadweld One Shot, 3D Mold is a custom, single-use mold that uses advanced 3D ceramic printing technology to create permanent exothermic connections. The mold can be used to create a permanent, premium-quality weld that is resistant to loosening and corrosion. With its user-friendly design, the Cadweld One Shot 3D Mold helps simplify installation, saving time and labor. The molds can also be customized based on required configurations or connections and their compact design enables connections in narrow or hard-to-reach places.
nVent was previously awarded the NECA 2023 Showstopper Award for the nVent ERICO Lay-In Hammerlock Ground Clamp. We strive to continue developing products that will stand out among future Showstopper entries at NECA events. The 25 Showstopper winners will be featured in the January 2025 issue of ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR.
