A stainless steel panel for a mild steel console is a cost effective alternative to a complete stainless steel console within certain environments. For example, a mild steel panel would deteriorate quickly if operators are exposed to chemical agents and transfer them onto the console during operations and maintenance.

Feature: Stainless steel panel to replace the standard mild steel panel of the top section of console systems.

Advantage: Stainless steel top consoles can be fitted with a stainless steel panel avoiding the additional cost of having a complete stainless steel console.

Benefit: The part of the console which is heavily used due to control components being installed can be made more resistant to operators and the environment by using the stainless top console panel. This is especially important in industries where the operators are exposed to chemical agents and may transfer them onto the panel during operation.

Comment: The panel can only be mounted on top consoles, MPCXX1R5.
