nVent HOFFMAN has introduced an IEC-rated modular enclosure with a preassembled glazed door and swing frame that facilitates the mounting of 19" control equipment for electric power companies. The design of the enclosure aligns with the size and technical requirements of electrical substations.
Based on the nVent HOFFMAN MCS standard frame, the IEC Modular Enclosure features a hinge that opens to a 180° angle without affecting the enclosure’s 1800N load rating and a standard glazed door that provides operators with a clear view of the inner components.
The IEC Modular Enclosure is compatible with standard accessories from the nVent HOFFMAN modular enclosure portfolio, enabling customers to cost-effectively tailor their solution and reduce competitive lead time.
