ProLine G2 Disconnect Door
ProLine G2 Disconnect Doors include a hinged mullion with a cutout which accommodates a wide variety of flange-mount disconnect devices, and an interlock system from the enclosure doors to the disconnect mullion. A hinged disconnect mullion provides unobstructed access to the interior and maximum access to the Full Mounting Subpanel (Mounting Plate).

- Interlock from enclosure doors to mullion
- Includes a hinged mullion with a cutout, which accommodates a wide variety of flange-mount disconnect devices
- Standard options: right standard cutout, right large cutout, left standard cutout
- Mullion is opened via two quarter-turn cams
- Integrated interlock system from the doors to the disconnect mullion
- Interlock must be defeated to unlock either door
- The primary door must be in the open position to open the secondary door
- The primary door must be in the open position to open mullion
- Right-hand disconnects have the mullion on the right; left-hand disconnects have the mullion on the left
- Doors swing to the left for right-hand disconnects; doors swing to the right for left-hand disconnects
- Two-door disconnect packages (if used) have a center mullion, and both doors swing in the same direction (not overlapping)
- A low-profile flush swing handle with key lock (other options available) operates an internal 3-point latch system on the door
- Door bar system on all doors (not on disconnect mullion)
- Doors have Smooth Glide Latching system for a solid seal with a low closure force
- Two grounding studs on each door
- The disconnect mullion and doors include 140-degree hinges and are gasketed to maintain enclosure integrity
- Removable door bars on doors (not on mullion)
- Standard right or left cutouts will accept the following types of flange-mounted disconnect devices: • Allen-Bradley (Bulletin 1494V disconnect switches with flange-mounted, variable-depth operating mechanisms, Bulletin 1494V flange-mounted variable-depth operating mechanisms for circuit breakers and 140U flexible cable operating mechanisms for 140U molded case circuit breakers) • ABB Controls (Disconnect switches up to 200 amp and operators for ABB circuit breakers up to 800 amp) • Eaton Cutler-Hammer (variable-depth disconnect switches up to 200 amp, operators for circuit breakers up to 600 amp, and FLEX SHAFT® handle mechanisms for circuit breakers) • General Electric (Type TDA variable-depth mechanisms for disconnect switches up to 200 amp, and operator mechanisms or SPECTRA FLEX® cable operator for circuit breakers up to 600 amp) • Siemens ITE (MAX-FLE X flange-mounted, variable-depth operating handle for disconnect switches and circuit breakers as well as some fixed-depth operators for disconnect switches • Schneider Square D (Class 9422 disconnect switches =200 amp with variable-depth or cable mechanisms for 30, 60 or 100 amp, and circuit breakers with variable-depth operators or cable mechanisms up to 400 amp)
- Right large cutout with a larger cutout for use with the following higher amp disconnect switches: • Allen-Bradley 1494V-H2 handle used with 400 amp or 600 amp Allen-Bradley disconnect switches • Siemens ITE MA X-FLE X FHOHN handle used with MD 800 amp, ND (1200amp), PD (1600 amp) and RD (2000 amp)
- Seamless polyurethane gasket (UL component recognized, CSA compliant) provides a water-tight, dust-tight seal against moisture and contaminants
