The development of this prominent landmark required a multi-faceted solution, including a snow melting solution for an underground parking garage. Energy-efficiency was key for this project. 

Solution: 

EM2-XR cable was installed for simple, fast and effective ramp heating. As this self-regulating cable automatically adjusts its power according to ambient temperature, energy-efficiency was achieved.
