To make it easier and more convenient for customers to identify and select the protection solutions they need, we are streamlining our portfolio to modular floor-standing enclosures, wall-mounted enclosures, and terminal boxes. We will be phasing out the Fusion G7 enclosure range as of:
The highly recommended substitutes for each of these ranges in our global product portfolio are as follows:
- The MAS-MAD wall-mounted enclosures to substitute the Fusion G7 range.
During the interim transition period, we will work closely with customers to provide support. Below you will find more details.

WHEN AND HOW WILL FUSION G7 BE PHASED OUT?
The Fusion G7 range will be phased out for all markets as follows:

As of October 1, 2022, nVent HOFFMAN will no longer maintain stock of accessories and replacement parts for the Fusion G7 range or feature them as available products online or in other media. However, nVent HOFFMAN will manufacture these accessories and replacement parts upon request.

Does nVent HOFFMAN guarantee that I will be able to order standard Fusion G7 enclosures until June 1, 2022?
Can I order customized solutions for the ranges that are substituting Fusion G7?
Answer
Although Fusion G7 stock will be reduced gradually before discontinuing Fusion on October 1, 2022, nVent HOFFMAN will continue to manufacture enclosures until the last manufacturing date.
Yes, nVent HOFFMAN will continue offering customized enclosures to meet the unique requirements of each individual customer, including special dimensions, custom colors, transparent windows, ventilation louvers, welded studs, increased corrosion resistance, holes, threading, and more.

Yes, the substitute enclosures achieve the same IP rating according to IEC 60529, and the same NEMA TYPE rating.
