nVent CHRO Lynnette Heath Named to Minnesota 500 List

nVent Chief Human Resources Officer Lynnette Heath has been named to the Minnesota 500, a list of the most powerful and influential leaders in Minnesota across more than 60 industries. 

Heath has been nVent’s CHRO since nVent became a public company in 2018. Under her leadership, nVent has received several honors for its focus on people. These include becoming a certified Great Place to Work, inclusion in the 2022 Bloomberg Gender Equality Index and being named to the Next Gen 100 list. Additionally, nVent has set ambitious ESG goals in its People pillar focused on inclusion, diversity and employee safety.
