The Cadweld Rail Track Connector Bond Kit, Multi-Leg, has all the necessary components to establish a welded bond connection to the web of the rail for rail signaling applications, such as wayside signs. This solution was crafted to allow multiple connections in tight spaces while maintaining rail integrity through the nVent ERICO Cadweld exothermic connection, which guarantees connection reliability and consistent electrical resistance. The bond is designed to be welded at the rail profile neutral axis level, where the stress and strain are minimal, and where the connection is least susceptible to fatigue and interference from dragging equipment and track maintenance equipment.
