When and how will A50 be phased out?

The A50 ranges will be phased out for all markets as follows:

Please note:
•    Products will be delivered after phasing out deadline only if stock remains available.
•    Ongoing projects for customized A50 products will be reviewed with customers to assess and define the transition timeline and conditions.
•    nVent HOFFMAN will support projects with high complexity by assigning dedicated engineering resources. For further details, please contact your Sales Representative.
 

What does nVent HOFFMAN’s A48 product portfolio offer?
 

The A48 has 32 SKUs with universal type ratings such as Type 4, 4X, 12, 13and IP66 and can be configured to meet customer’s modification needs. Our customers gain faster, reliable access to trusted, high-quality products, as well as localized support and services from qualified providers.

Digitalization. For faster design and simplified ordering, customers can access online configurators, drawings in any native format, product data sheets, installation instructions (also animated), 2D and 3D libraries for EPLAN, white papers, and software for thermal management.
 

Which specific enclosures will be phased-out? And what are the recommended substitutes?

As of:
•    Date December 30, 2024, for OBS Bulletin A50:
nVent HOFFMAN will no longer maintain stock of accessories and replacement parts for the A50 ranges, or feature them as available products online or in other media. nVent HOFFMAN will not manufacture accessories and replacement parts beyond those included in the last order date.
