Beth Wozniak
CHAIR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Beth Wozniak is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of nVent, a ~$3B leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions with more than 11,000 global employees working to build a more sustainable and electrified world. Before the separation of nVent from Pentair plc in 2018, Wozniak served as president of Pentair's Electrical segment, and as president of Pentair's Flow & Filtration Solutions global business unit, respectively. Prior to joining Pentair in 2015, Wozniak held several leadership and program management positions at Honeywell and its predecessor AlliedSignal. She was president of Honeywell’s Environmental and Combustion Controls business. She also held several executive positions at Honeywell, including president of its Sensing and Control business; vice president of Business Integration; vice president of Six Sigma; and vice president of Engineering and Program Management.
Wozniak was named Vice Chair of the Board of Governors and Treasurer of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA).
Wozniak holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and an MBA from York University in Toronto.
Sara Zawoyski
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, AND INTERIM PRESIDENT, ENCLOSURES
Sara Zawoyski was named nVent’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2019 and is currently serving as nVent's interim President of Enclosures. She previously served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasury. Prior to nVent, Zawoyski held several chief financial officer positions for various global business units and served as vice president of Investor Relations at Pentair. Prior to joining Pentair in 2010, she served in multiple finance leadership roles with PepsiAmericas and began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Zawoyski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Business.
Martha Bennett
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Martha Bennett was named nVent’s Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in 2024. Prior to joining nVent, Bennett held several marketing roles with 3M Company, including most recently as Chief Marketing Officer and SVP – Safety and Industrial Business Group. At 3M, she also served as Vice President – Global Marketing Excellence – Safety & Industrial Business Group and Global Vice President, Marketing – Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division. Bennett holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University School of Business, and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.
Lynnette Heath
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Lynnette Heath was named nVent’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer in 2017 before the separation from Pentair. Prior to joining nVent, Heath was Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Twin Cities-based Entrust Datacard. Previously, she served in HR roles at General Electric, McKesson Corp. and Northern States Power (now Xcel Energy). Heath holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
Jon Lammers
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL AND SECRETARY
Jon Lammers was named nVent’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in 2017 before the separation from Pentair, and served as Pentair’s General Counsel, Electrical from 2017-2018. Prior to joining nVent, Lammers was with the law firm Foulston Siefkin based in Wichita, Kansas. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Spirit AeroSystems and held various senior legal roles at Cargill in Minneapolis, Wichita and Singapore. Prior to his corporate experience, Lammers practiced law at Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly and Paul Hastings. He received his law degree from the University of Virginia and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Aravind Padmanabhan
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Aravind Padmanabhan was named nVent’s Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in December 2019. Prior to joining nVent, Padmanabhan spent two decades in technology leadership roles at Honeywell (most recently as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Honeywell Connected Worker) and currently holds 55 U.S. patents. He earned a PhD in Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with specialization in Sensors and Systems; a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology; and a Minor in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Robert van der Kolk
PRESIDENT, ELECTRICAL & FASTENING SOLUTIONS
Robert van der Kolk was named nVent’s President of Electrical & Fastening Solutions in 2017 before the separation from Pentair. Prior to joining nVent, van der Kolk was Vice President of Engineered & Fastening Solutions at Pentair. Previously, he held several leadership roles at ERICO including Executive Vice President of Sales. Additional roles include Plant Superintendent and Production Manager for Cargill in the Netherlands and Germany. Van der Kolk holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University in Delft, Netherlands.
Brad Faulconer
PRESIDENT, THERMAL MANAGEMENT
Brad Faulconer was named nVent’s President of Thermal Management in 2017 before the separation from Pentair. Prior to joining nVent, Faulconer held several leadership roles at Pentair including Vice President of Thermal Management; Vice President of Thermal Building Solutions; and Vice President of Marketing for Thermal Management. Previously, he held various general management and marketing leadership roles with Tyco Thermal Controls in the U.S. and Asia, as well as various sales roles with Valquip Corporation. Faulconer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and completed the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development (PMD).
Randy Wacker
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Randy Wacker was named nVent’s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in 2018 and Treasurer in 2019. Prior to joining nVent, Wacker served as Assistant Corporate Controller at Pentair from 2005 to 2017. He also served as the U.S. Controller of Computer Network Technologies from 2004 to 2005. Prior to 2004 he held corporate controlling and external reporting roles in various public companies and worked at a public accounting firm. Wacker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
