nVent Named to Dave Thomas Foundation Adoption Advocates List

We are proud to share nVent has earned a spot on the Adoption Advocates list, which was published today by the Dave Thomas Foundation For Adoption. The Foundation produces the list in conjunction with its annual 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces list. Organizations on the Adoption Advocates list offer financial reimbursement, paid leave or both, but were not included in the 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces list. 

The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is a national nonprofit public charity dedicated to finding permanent homes for the more than 140,000 children waiting in North America’s foster care systems. Created by Wendy’s® founder Dave Thomas who was adopted, the Foundation implements evidence-based, results-driven national service programs, foster care adoption awareness campaigns and innovative grantmaking.
