Advantage: The shelf can be extracted easily allowing better access to the mounted components or equipment.

Benefit: The shelf can be extracted allowing the installed heavy components to be inspected and maintained easily. The ventilation openings does not prevent the enclosure's air circulation which reduces the risk of potential hot spots.
