Feature: Polyester rain hood for modular polyester wall mounted enclosures.

Advantage: The rain hood is mounted on top of the enclosure and provides shelter via a sloped roof both to the front and rear. The rain hood features a drip strip that protects the enclosure's door gasket from the accumulation of water.

Benefit: The rain hood protects installed components from water as it removes the risk of accumulated water on top of the gasket, dripping into the enclosure when the door is opened.

Comment: Wall mounted enclosures require machining before the rain hood can be mounted. Rain hoods are not compatible with combined enclosures. If the enclosure is to be mounted to a wall, the wall mounting brackets, UWB02, must be used. When the rain hood is mounted, the enclosure's protection degree is IP44
