Ventilated Top Cable Cover, CRB

Feature: Roof ventilation and cabling cover plate for mild steel semi-compact and combinable floor standing enclosures.

Advantage: Up to four ventilation fans can be mounted within the ventilation cover plate providing forced ventilation into the enclosure. Cut-outs fitted with brushes allow cables to be installed easily through the cover plate.

Benefit: The enclosure can be cooled in incremental steps depending on the number of ventilation fans installed. The forced ventilation provides a high cooling capacity which is a good solution in environments when the ambient temperature is 10o or more, under the enclosure's desired internal temperature. The brushes fitted to the cable openings allow different cable diameters to be installed in the field at the same time.

Comment: It is recommended to install exhaust filters in the bottom of the enclosure to let air circulate properly. The cut-outs must be covered by either ventilation fans, DFN, or cover plates, DFC, depending on the amount of cooling required
