Advantage: The gland plate is prepared for mounting a wide range of standard FL21 gland plates, to manage the incoming and outgoing cables, without any machining.

Benefit: Fast assembly of cables using standard products.

Comment: The FL21 refers to a cut-out with certain dimensions used mostly in Scandinavian countries but also available to other markets. Another solution is to use a gland plate with pre-punched, knock-out holes (AFK).
